Hyperbola Lady

One vision

To dream’s potential

An agonizing expansion

Forlorn void moans

Creeks and squeaks

Yet is not weak

Eye for hyperbola repeal

Everything she is

Is him uniformly

His nature being

Only she can design

Opposite the homely one

Her touch paints beauty

His rugged paws

Scared in battle

Sanded through time’s glass

Where is his dream

Such a heart has sailed

Steaming out to sea

One left to pier

One syrupy reverse

One perfect storm

One taste to cherish

One idyllic love

One flash Babe

One just she.

Awesome Acceptance Charlie! Humility and the sweetest surrendering. This is what makes true masculinity so attractive and what makes (us) girls..weak in the knees.

    Superb!

      Hello Mantra –

Very deep….a poem that has twists and turns causing the reader in her intrigue to draw deeper into it. Beautiful Charlie 🙂 I loved the challenge and the fruit it bore was bitter sweet!

It’s so easy, To think about Love, To Talk about Love, To wish for Love, But it’s not always easy, To recognize Love, Even when we hold it…. In our hands….After a long time Charlie..good to see you back..

      Hi Alpana –

I’m around but not writing much right now. I should say, not saving or posting much right now really. I’m writing but not liking what I write. Garbage bin until the next day’s mess rolls off my fingertips, lol. Thank you for commenting. I thought you were gone also. 🙂

you are an one man army who loves to occupy the whole battle field and conquer the mind of a beauty to swap her away and mend her in his deep flow of intricate emotions.

    • #16 by charlie nitric on July 17, 2011 - 10:32 am

      Hi Sancheeta –

That’s funny that you say that about being a one man army. I’ve heard similar things in the past but never was fully sure what people meant by that; good or bad. Finally, I just stopped thinking about it hahaha. Too many emotions here within me and I usually roll alone. 🙂

      Hi Rimly –

I wondered if very many people understood what I mean by “one flash babe”? I thought it was a thought-provoking sequence. I’m around but just not hanging around facebook as much as before. I get so bored with facebook. No one talks there and lots of distracting non-sense, lol. Good to see you also Rimly. 🙂

Normally, I find poetry BORING, but this is a moving exception. Is there anything you can’t write?! <3333!!!!!

The reason I never like poetry is I have to think so hard to understand it….. Ok we have established I’m a lazy reader. Anyway r u trying to say there’s only one love in life or shes already been and gone. Or have I totally missed the meaning altogether?? Lol

    • #22 by charlie nitric on August 3, 2011 - 12:26 pm

      Hi Quinn –

The poem is about a girl I once liked and she was trouble. We never got together for much; once lunch was all. She’s never was and never will be, lol. So that’s it. 🙂
